Returns & Exchanges
RNT Calls accepts returns and exchanges directly at our home location as well as through the mail. Items must be returned within 10 days after purchase. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time for RETURNS/EXCHANGES – with shipping – is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible.

We can only refund or exchange product that was purchased directly from RNT Calls Inc.
Please provide a copy of your RNT receipt for a full refund; without a RNT receipt we can only issue an exchange. We can only offer a refund on calls that have a manufactured defect, defective in function, or natural defect like wood splitting, etc. If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to fill out a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. RNT Calls cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card.
Repairs
Repairs must be clean; please clean your call before mailing it. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time FOR REPAIRS – with shipping – is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible.

Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. The call will be evaluated and if there is to be a charge, you will be contacted. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or send a Gift Card for the last known retail value of the piece. If the call has sentimental value, and you would like to have it returned to you rather than being issued a credit or replacement, please make this very clear to us in your letter.

RNT Calls Inc. Warranty Policy
Broken or cracked calls sent in with damaged part are replaced for no charge. The only cost will be the return shipping fee of $10.95. If a call needs a tune up, follow this procedure. This is an effective lifetime warranty that follows the call, not the owner.
This includes:
-All broken parts (dropped, tuning mishaps, unexplained occurrence, etc…)
-Cracked wooden barrels
-Calls that need a tune up
-Any damage or situation not listed above so long as the damaged part is returned during the process.

If a customer wants to retain the broken part, it will cost $45.00 (any model) plus shipping of $10.95 (Proof of broken part must be provided). Total cost will be $55.95.
This includes:
-Retaining parts because of sentimental value
-Retaining parts for originality (Ex: Customers wanting to keep real scroll inserts, signed inserts, or jigged inserts)
-Retaining parts for any other reasoning not listed above.

Lost parts will remain half the cost of the call model + shipping cost of $10.95. (If a broken part is not provided it is considered lost.)
