Returns & Exchanges

RNT Calls accepts returns and exchanges directly at our home location as well as through the mail. Items must be returned within 10 days after purchase. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time for RETURNS/EXCHANGES – with shipping – is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible.

Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund; without a receipt we can only issue an exchange. We can only offer a refund on calls that have a manufactured defect, defective in function, or natural defect like wood splitting, etc. If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to fill out a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. RNT Calls cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card.

 

Repairs

Repairs must be clean; please clean your call before mailing it. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. The call will be evaluated and if there is to be a charge, you will be contacted. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or send a Gift Card for the last known retail value of the piece. If the call has sentimental value, and you would like to have it returned to you rather than being issued a credit or replacement, please make this very clear to us in your letter.

Warranty
All calls made by RNT are covered with a lifetime service warranty.  Meaning any call needing service such as tuning can be sent to RNT at anytime for retuning.  RNT calls that have manufacturers defects, are defective in function or have a natural defect such as the wood splitting will be replaced or can be refunded with a receipt within one year.  Any other type of repair will be subject to a charge for part replacement.  Example being a call dropped and the insert breaks, the call is not kept on a double lanyard and a part is lost, or the  barrel chips.  Also calls cannot be returned for reasons such as the call just doesn’t fit your calling style.  If a question arises and you aren’t sure about whether or not your call will be covered you may return it to RNT and you'll be contacted after the call has been diagnosed.  When returning a call make sure to include a note stating what the call is doing or what you need done to the call.
