Return shipping must be paid upfront to cover the cost of sending your call back once the claim has been completed. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. This fee is specifically for returning your call after we've completed the necessary work.
After filling out the packing slip and paying for return shipping, please securely box the call(s) and send them to us with a tracking number. Please note, you are responsible for shipping the call to us.
ALL PARTS are required for inspection. If you do not send us all of the parts your claim will be rejected.
For half-priced replacement parts - It is required to send the opposite part to us. (If you need a barrel, we need the insert back. If you need an insert, we need your barrel back.) This is the way...
