Return shipping must be paid upfront to cover the cost of sending your call back once the claim has been completed. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. This fee is specifically for returning your call after we've completed the necessary work.
After filling out the packing slip and paying for return shipping, please securely box the call(s) and send them to us with a tracking number. Please note, you are responsible for shipping the call to us.
Keep your order number for reference.
You can request for your call to be re-polished. It is not recommended to have a call re-polished multiple times. We may choose to reject the service if we find that it will compromise the performance of the call in any way.
